• This product is Adult Unisex size. Please refer to our size chart for the perfect fit.
• Our Adult Unisex sweatshirts run regular fit and true to size.
• For a looser, oversize fit, we recommend going up two sizes from your regular size.

• We offer unlimited revisions, so you can make adjustments until your design is perfect before it goes into production.

4. What’s included in the set price?

• The base price includes one design placement with up to multiple thread colors. Additional placements or more complex designs may incur extra charges. Please contact us if needed additional placements.

5. How long will it take to receive my custom sweatshirt?

   - Production usually takes 7-14 business days after final approval, plus shipping time. You can choose expedited shipping if you need it sooner.

6. What file types do you accept for uploaded designs?

• We accept [JPEG, PNG] file types. For best results, we recommend high-resolution images.
